EARLY PRESCHOOL

2 Years - 3 Years

Your two year old is becoming more verbal, continuing to explore new things around them and is beginning to develop social skills. A balanced routine and flexibility is important at this age as your child’s developmental needs are different from their peers.

To do this our teacher will create a nurturing, home-like classroom environment where your toddler is treated as a capable individual, whose opinions, actions, and thoughts are respected and valued.

Language development is rapid at this age, so we also take this opportunity to help increase their vocabulary. All lessons are presented in a way to help develop each child’s imagination by learning through play.

OUR CURRICULUM

At CO Sunshine Adventure, we use a combination of accredited preschool curriculum, as well as original material created by the teacher.

CO Sunshine Adventure uses Eazy Breezy Preschool curriculum and Frog Street Press to help guide lessons and concepts.

Each month we create original projects that reflect the monthly themes. We provide related activities to support the individual concepts of the “whole child.”
